Welcome to Palmer Custom Homes!  As a contractor, my goal is to make each homeowner’s building experience positive and stress-free.  Building your custom home should be rewarding as you see your dream home taking shape right before your eyes.

However, over the years I have noticed that homeowners instead find themselves frustrated with the process.  Why?  Because they don’t understand  what’s happening, they don’t know what questions to ask, and/or their contractor doesn’t take the time to inform them.  As a contractor, my job is to help you understand and enjoy each step of your home’s development–from the planning and design stages to the finishing touches.
